How do I place an order?
Contact us through our website, phone, email or visit our store to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your preferences, provide a quote, and create a custom design proof for your approval.
How does the lay-by payment option work?
Our lay-by payment plan allows you to pay in instalments over a maximum of 6 months. A 30% deposit secures your order, and production begins once the full balance is paid.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds are available. We encourage you to review the design proof carefully before approving.
How long does it take to create a tombstone?
Standard production and installation time is approximately 3-6 weeks after you approve the design and make the final payment.
Can I customize the design?
Yes! We specialize in creating custom tombstones that reflect the personality and legacy of your loved one. You can choose shapes, sizes, fonts, symbols, and engravings.
What materials do you use?
We use premium materials like granite and marble to ensure lasting beauty and strength.
Do you comply with cemetery regulations?
Yes, we install tombstones in compliance with local cemetery rules. It is the responsibility of the customers to obtain a permit from the cemetery prior to installation.
What if there’s an error in the inscription?
If an error occurs on our part, we will correct it free of charge. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer will result in additional fees.
How do you protect my personal information?
We are fully compliant with South Africa’s POPIA regulations, ensuring that your data is secure and used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
